PI e-Billing Digital is a solution of dematerialization of paper-based documents that complements the offer of PI-Portugal Informático in this area.
This solution was designed for processing the paper-based invoices, from suppliers, through features that automate the process, freeing the resources of repetitive tasks in the release of such documents.
The main advantages of this new solution include the system parameter autonomy given to the client, the reading, capture and automated processing of data and control of the validation time.
PI e-Billing Digital is also inserted within e-Billing Suite, which allows consolidation of data with the other solutions developed by PI-Portugal Informático and integration with client application universe through the same and single channel.
With this new solution, PI-Portugal Informático responds to a need for its portfolio of clients, relationated with the integration of a process that is currently performed manually at great cost, errors and delays, replacing it with a automated procedure, faster, more efficient and fully integrated with the rest application universe.
